The grains for our Helderberg Straight Rye Whiskey are sourced from the base of the ancient Helderberg Escarpment. Aged for five years in charred oak barrels and composed of 75% rye, this signature whiskey qualifies as a true New York “Empire Rye”. Though perfect neat or on the rocks, add a pinch of brown sugar and a bitter or two to sip on that truest of “Old Fashioned” spirits.
