Vinification and refinement This wine comes from a selection of the best Sangiovese grapes blended with a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the Campomaggio vineyard. After the fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in barrique, then refined in bottles.
Wine description Colour: Lively ruby red color with light garnet hues.? Bouquet: A full bouquet with a pleasant chicory scent.? Taste: Dry, full-bodied with a slight initial tannin flavour which develops into a spicy taste.
Food pairings It is an ideal wine to accompany grilled meats, game and important cheeses.
